Club Cuvée is a different kind of wine club.  Through our four and six bottle clubs, we offer our members their choice of high quality wines. So you really don’t care for Pinot Noir?  Customize your order to only include Caldera and Syrah.  Or even Rosé for that matter! You get the idea. Club Cuvée is about variety and choice. Once you sign up for our wine club membership, one week before a given shipment, the member receives an email letting them know that their order is now active. This means that the member can now log in to the wine club site and choose the wines they wish to receive. If no action is taken by the member, they will receive the default option for that particular membership level. There are four club shipments per year.

VIP– Members who spend over $1500 in the previous calendar year automatically become enrolled as VIP members for the next calendar year. Added benefits include:

  • 5% of yearly spending given back to you the following year
  • Unlimited yearly tastings for up to four people each visit in the tasting room
  • Exclusive VIP only events
  • First access to all sales and wine club events

Legacy– For those who have been members of Club Cuvée for five years or more, we want to thank you by offering a gift card at the end of the calendar year.  You will be automatically enrolled at your 5 year mark.

If this is your first Club Cuvée wine club shipment, please follow these steps:

  1. Now that your shipment is active and open for edits, you can log in to your account at www.hawkinscellars.com/clubcuvee .  Click the “Sign In Here” button on the middle right of the screen, and log into your account. 
  2. Once you are in your account, scroll down until you see the “Wine club Membership” box.  Click the “Edit Pending Release” button on the right, and you can change out the wines in your order here.  Make sure to always have the amount required for your wine club (minimum of 4 or 6 bottles, depending on your club).  
  3. To change wines, edit the wines you don’t want to “0” in quantity, then update the quantity for the wines you wish to receive.  You must hit “Update Order” at the bottom of the page to save your order and see the revised totals. You cannot change the Library wine.  If your choices do not sync with the number of wines you are signed up to receive, you will not be able to click on the Update Order button. 
  4. Once you have edited your order to your liking and hit the Update Order button, you are done with the edit. Your order will be processed with the wines you chose at the end of the club open week.  Please see Wine Club Calendar in tab below for all specific wine club open and charge dates.
  5. Your wines will be available to pick up starting the next open tasting room day after cards are charged.  We will ship all wines set for “shipping” the Monday following the first pick up weekend.

A Few Things to keep in mind:

  1. Please note, you can only edit your wine club order during the “open club week”.  Once cards are charged, you no longer have the availablitily to edit your club order online.  If you miss the one week window, please email or call our tasting room to edit your order within one week after cards are charged. 
  2. If you have forgotten your password, click the link on the log-in screen to update.  Any questions, email [email protected] for assistance.
  3. If you are a member of the Four or Six Bottle Clubs, you may modify your order to one or more of our current releases available in the list under pending wine club release.  If you are a library member, the library wines can not be switched out, but we know you will love the the library wines we add the our shipments, they are some of our finest wines!
  4. Sometimes we have a very limited amount of wines, so you may not beable to add more than one or two bottles of a particular wine. If the drop down quantity tab only allows one additional bottle, that is because it is almost sold out and that is all that is available.
  5. You can pick up your wine at our Underwood location or call/email to have it shipped if you are unable to pick it up.
  6. If you are a six bottle member or add additional bottles to your club order to make it 6 or more bottles, you can receive free shipping (OR, WA, and CA states only).  All other states $25 flat rate shipping for 6+ bottles.  Please note the shipping discount will go into effect once the order is processed and your card is charged.
  7.  If you decide you don’t want this order, you must cancel the order within 1 week of your card being charged or no refund will be available, but the wines are still yours to pick up at your convenience.

Helpful Tips:

Please see above under “Custom Wine Club Order Instructions” for directions on how to edit wines in your wine club orders for our 4 & 6 bottle members.

If you forget to edit your wines before the day of processing, please email or call to update within 1 week after cards are charged.

If you decide you don’t want this order, you must cancel the order within 1 week of your card being charged or no refund will be available, but of course the wines are still yours to pick up at your convenience.

  1. When you sign up for our wine club, we offer a generous first time sign on bonus, and 20-40% off discounts on wines along with complimentary tastings for being a member.  There is no fee to sign up, but we do require you receive a minimum of 4 wine club orders before canceling your membership.  If you do choose to terminate early, there is a $75.00 early termination charge.
  2. With our customizable clubs (4 and 6 bottle clubs), we ask that you edit your wines online during the open club week.  If you do like to come taste wines before choosing, we recommend you do your best to edit the wines online to your liking, but you can come in and change out your order the month of the club release (March, June, Sept, Dec).  Once the wine club month has passed, you will only be able to switch out one of your wines in the order.  When the next wine club is realeased, you can no longer switch out the previous club orders.
  3. Only the club member can use their benefits and discounts on wine when purchasing.  We kindly ask you do not allow your friends or family to use your benefits.  We hope they will love the club and our wines they will join as well!
  4. If you decide you do not want a wine club order after the cards are charged, you must cancel the order within one week of cards being charged to receive a full refund.  After that we can no longer refund the order, but you are more than welcome to receive the wines you have purchased.
  5. Your wine club membership will remain active until you choose to cancel your membership.  You can terminate your membership when visiting the tasting room, by call our tasting room during open hours, or emailing [email protected].

Yes, as a member of Club Cuvée, you have the flexibility to customize your wine shipments to suit your preferences. One week before each shipment, you’ll receive an email allowing you to log in to the wine club site and select the wines you wish to receive. If no action is taken, the default option for your membership level will be shipped to you. This customization feature provides you with the freedom to tailor your wine selections based on your tastes.

There is no membership fee to join Club Cuvee. However, there is a requirement for a minimum commitment of four Club shipments. Should you choose to cancel your membership before receiving the fourth shipment, a cancellation fee of $75 will be charged.

You can cancel the membership anytime you want but this cancellation will result in a charge of $75 as we ask for commitment of atleast 4 shipments with this membership reservation.

Once you have a Club Cuvée subscription, you will receive a 20% off on all wine purchases. Additionally, after spending $1700 in the previous calendar year, a member becomes a VIP member and will receive 5% of what they spend that year back the following year.
